February 13, 2020 - Pearson Jr. Attends DIRTcar Nationals at Volusia
On Wednesday night Earl Pearson Jr. was one of 51 World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series entries on hand at Volusia Speedway Park (Barberville, Florida) for the 49th annual DIRTcar Nationals. Coming two spot shy of a transfer position in his heat with a 5th place finish, Earl transferred into the B-Main for another shot at the $10,000-to-win A-Main. Needing a 3rd place finish or better, Pearson Jr. logged a 10th place outing.

For the fourth round of the 49th annual DIRTcar Nationals on Thursday, Pearson Jr. posted a 7th place finish in his heat, sending him into the B-Main. Transferring the Top 3 into the main event, Earl fell short with a 5th place finish.

February 9, 2020 - Pearson Jr. Follows Lucas Oil Speedweeks to All-Tech
Earl Pearson Jr. followed the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) to East Bay Raceway Park (Gibsonton, Florida) on Monday night for the 44th annual Wrisco Winternationals. Drawing a stout field of 62 cars for the six-day event, Earl followed up a 7th place finish in his heat with a 15th place outing in his B-Main. Relying on a provisional into the opening night feature, Pearson Jr. passed nine cars in the 30-lapper to register a 13th place finish.

The following night for another $5,000-to-win A-Main, Pearson Jr. fell one spot short of a transfer position in his heat with a 4th place finish. On Wednesday evening for the third round of the Wrisco Winternationals, Earl failed to transfer out of his heat and B-Main, forcing him to rely on a provisional into the $7,000-to-win A-Main. Starting in 27th, Pearson Jr. improved six spots in the 40-lapper to place 21st.

On Thursday night, Pearson Jr. followed up a 7th place finish in his heat with a 2nd place finish in his B-Main. Transferring into the Berry Barn Strawberry Dash, Earl grabbed the 2nd and final transfer position into the feature. Starting in 16th, Earl Pearson Jr. passed 11 cars to register a 15th place finish.

After falling shy of a transfer spot in his heat race on Friday evening, Earl came in 4th in his B-Main. Using a provisional into the $12,000-to-win A-Main, Pearson Jr. dropped one spot to record a 23rd place outing.

For the final round of the 44th annual Wrisco Winternationals on Saturday, Pearson Jr. followed up a 6th place finish in his heat with a 5th place finish in his B-Main. Receiving a provisional into the $12,000-to-win finale, Earl dropped eight spots in the 50-lap affair to place 30th.

Sunday saw Pearson Jr. stop at All-Tech Raceway (Lake City, Florida) for the $10,000-to-win Winter Nationals. In a field of 34 LOLMDS entries, Earl secured his spot into the finale with the 4th and final transfer position in his heat race. Bringing out a caution just two-laps into the feature, Earl Pearson Jr. slipped back to a 25th place finish.

February 1, 2020 - EPJ Begins Lucas Oil Speedweeks at Golden Isles
After Mother Natured wiped out Friday night’s opener, Earl Pearson Jr. returned to Golden Isles Speedway (Brunswick, Georgia) on Saturday evening for the  Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) sanctioned RhinoAg Super Bowl of Racing. With 45 cars registered in for action, Pearson Jr. fell short of a transfer spot in his heat with a 9th place finish. Transferring into the B-Main, Earl suffered a broken driveshaft while battling for a transfer position that forced him pitside.
