11th-place finish in River Days Rumble

Taking part in a Labor Day weekend with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS), Earl Pearson Jr. traveled to Portsmouth Raceway Park (Portsmouth, Ohio) on Saturday afternoon for the Pepsi River Days Rumble 50. With a third-place finish in his heat race placing him ninth on the starting grid for the $15,000-to-win A-Main, Pearson Jr. dropped two spots in the 50-lapper to finish 11th.

Sunday’s Hillbilly 100 at Tyler County Speedway (Middlebourne, W.V.) fell victim to Mother Nature.
